Specific deliverables, fees, payment schedules, guarantees, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by the written proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement signed or accepted by the parties. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.

Information on this website is provided for general business education and marketing purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or financial advice.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees paid for consulting, strategy, implementation, or program-build services are non-refundable once work has begun.

You are responsible for your business decisions, implementation, communications with your customers or certified partners, compliance obligations, and the results of any program you launch.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential third-party, or harmful content through the website or form, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
